How do I create a bundle line ?

The Bundle lines file is only accessible in the PRO version of the software.

A bundle line links an bundle to an employee. Its main use is to process one or more salary types for a group of employees, whereas in the individual employee file, you only have access to the salary types for the employee in question.

Although the program allows this, in practice it is rare to create a bundle line from the Bundle lines file accessible via the Data menu. More often, a line is created when a bundle is added to an employee's file.

Use

The bundle line file can be used to make global modifications, using the Apply command, or to print out various statistics, using the report generator.

When you modify data, you intervene on the bundle (or bundles) of employees. In other words, these modifications will be taken into account in the creation of future salary forms. Existing salary forms remain unaffected.

The software manual gives an example of a global modification that could be made to the Bundle lines file.
