How do I correct inconsistent data ?

The Office Maker consistency test checks the validity of the data and reports any errors that may have occurred.

Many of these errors can be corrected thanks to the regeneration function available in the Office Maker Business and Office Maker Finance programs in Maintenance (accessible via the File>Maintenance command) via the Operation>Regeneration command.

A dialog box appears, containing various check boxes specific to each program. Check the desired boxes and confirm the dialog.

Please note that regeneration can only be carried out if only one person is connected to the database. Moreover, the regeneration can take between a few seconds and several minutes depending on the size of the data file. It is therefore preferable to perform the regeneration outside the usual hours of use of the software.

At the end of the operation, a report is displayed on the screen.
