Functions are used in the formulas for calculating the rate and amount of the Salary Types, as well as in the calculated columns of the Settlements.

Description

The contents of the Custom X field (a number) from the employee's record. X is a number between 1 and 4.

Example

If(EmployeeCustomNumber1=1;Constant(5);Constant(1))

for employees with hourly wages, grants 5 weeks of vacation if the Custom number 1 field contains 1, otherwise grants 4 weeks of vacation.
