How do I delete a record ?

A record can be deleted at any time: activate the record(s) to be deleted and then call the Action>Delete command or click on the Delete button. After a confirmation request, the program will proceed to delete the record(s).

 

Please note: A deletion is final and cannot be undone!

 

Deleting a record could lead to an inconsistency in the data file. In this case, the program will refuse to delete the record. To understand why the deletion was refused, edit the record and click on the Trash button at the bottom of the input grid.

 

Examples of refusals to delete a form: in OM Business, deletion of an address or an article linked to documents (offers, invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, etc.); in OM Finance, deletion of an account for which there are entries; in OM Staff, deletion of salary types used in salary records.
