Office Maker Business has a mechanism that facilitates address entry. The postal code file contains various information about the localities, so that once this file is filled in, you just have to indicate the postal code when entering an address and the software will complete it with the locality, possibly the canton and the country.

The postal code file is available via the menu Others. By default, it contains all the Swiss postal codes and you can update it via an import in the NPA-PLZ-CH format after having recovered this file on the website of the Swiss post company.
