What is the purpose of the menu bar and how do I use it ?

The Office Maker software has a large number of commands in menus whose bar is located at the top of the screen (Mac) or at the top of the windows (Windows).

As in all programs, open a menu by clicking on its label, then choose a command. Greyed-out commands or menus cannot be chosen.

Many menu commands have a keyboard shortcut to the right of them. For example, on the Mac, the Find command can be called by the keyboard shortcut Cmd-F and on Windows by Ctrl-F. Access via a keyboard shortcut can be faster than with the mouse.
