Usefulness of the Entry Lines file

The Entry Lines file is automatically populated by the program when you enter entries. Very practical for consultation, research and printing, it enables you, for example, to find entries for all salaries for the year, by automatically extracting the account.

It is not possible to modify entry lines outside the Authorized Period, defined in the Entries file Options. When you edit an entry line that cannot be modified because it is outside the authorized period, the window title bar reminds you of this.

The fields in this file are those that appear in the Entries file. The Date, Account No., Counterpart, Amount (Debit or Credit), VAT Code and Profit/Cost Center fields are indexed.

Only the Secondary Label, Reference and Profit/Cost Center can be modified, provided the line belongs to an entry that has not yet been accepted.
