How do I export data to a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel ?

The PRO version of Office Maker Business includes a feature-rich spreadsheet for creating various worksheets.

 

The Spreadsheets file is accessible via the Others menu.

 

With this built-in spreadsheet, it is not necessary to export data to an external spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel, but the built-in spreadsheet does offer an export function in Microsoft Excel format. To do this, edit the desired spreadsheet, choose in the File menu the Export command and select the Excel File option. Tick the check boxes if necessary.

In older Business versions, an export button is displayed under the spreadsheet area, with the "Excel" format option.

 

Please note that once in Excel and contrary to the integrated spreadsheet, the data are not updated according to the subsequent entries made in Office Maker Business.
