How do I create a settlement ?
Settlements are printed documents that can only be produced once various calculations have been performed on the basis of existing data. Office Maker Staff is supplied with a large number of predefined settlements, such as the payroll journal, vacation statement, withholding tax summary, social security contributions journal, etc.
Regardless of the program version, to produce a settlement, you must select the Print or the Export command. You can only produce a settlement if you are in the Employees or Salaries file. The settlement will be calculated for the records you have activated or selected.
In the Light and Standard versions of Office Maker Staff, the Settlements file cannot be accessed directly. With the PRO version of Office Maker Staff, you can modify the predefined settlements or create as many as you like. Simply select the Settlements file from the Data menu.
We recommend that you do not modify the predefined settlements supplied with the program. If you wish to use one of them to create a customized settlement, please take the precaution of Duplicating it.
