How do I print a salary type ?
Salary types are the basic elements of Office Maker Staff. The purpose of a salary type is to calculate a value, which may be dependent on another salary type, using constants , upper limits , values from employee record fields, tables, etc.
Some salary types are designed simply to enable you to set a determining value (typically, an employee's gross monthly salary). Others will be used as variables, i.e. you'll need to specify their value either for the calculation of certain salaries only (e.g. the number of vacation days taken), or on a regular basis (e.g. a salesperson's turnover).
Office Maker Staff comes with standard settings, i.e. a set of salary types that will enable you to deal with all common situations.
To display the Salary Types file, select it from the Data menu.
After selecting the desired salary types, call up the File>Print command and choose the desired print format. Check the Preview box to preview your print format.
