If I have an issue with my program, how soon can I get a solution ?
Contact our Support department via the Technical Support command in the File menu.
Describe the problem precisely and in detail. Provide examples/screenshots and explain precisely how to reproduce the malfunction.
If the problem can be reproduced by our developers and is therefore a bug (programming error), the problem will be corrected as soon as possible. An update will be sent to you automatically as soon as it becomes available.
If the problem cannot be reproduced, we will invite you to schedule an intervention by one of our specialists via our platform: https://www.officemaker.ch/en/agenda.
