Checking the data coherence
The Coherence Check (initiated from Maintenance via the Operations menu) allows you to check that your data is correctly recorded. The checks carried out concern accounts, profit/cost centers, entries, movements, budgets and/or reconciliations, depending on the options selected. The operation will take more or less time, depending on the amount of data to be checked. A window allows you to monitor the progress of the test.
The test provides a full report in the event of an anomaly. This report can be printed out or saved to hard disk as a text file. If necessary, you may need to request regeneration to restore data consistency.
