Coherence check on Titles file in BiblioMaker - Knowledge Base Office Maker / BiblioMaker

Here are the checks performed by the software when the Titles checkbox is ticked in the Coherence check (accessible in Maintenance via the Other>Coherence check command):

Check that the hyperlink used in the title record exists in the Hyperlink file.	X Link records Title-Hyperlink contain a code to a Hyperlink that does not exist.	Regenerate the hyperlinks.
Check that the issue reference exists in the Issues file.	Titles: undefined issue in the Issues file.	Search the title record and enter another issue reference.
Check that the subject used in the title record exists in the Subjects file.	Titles: undefined subject in the Subjects file.	Search the title record and enter another subject.
Check that the address used in the title record exists in the Addresses file.	Titles: undefined address in the Addresses file.	Search the title record and enter another address code.
Check that the language used in the title record exists in the Languages file.	Titles: undefined language in the Languages file.	Regenerate the titles and rename the language that has been created by the regeneration function or enter another language in the title record.
Check that the title’s type exists in the Options.	Titles: undefined type.	Modify the title’s type with the Apply function.
Check that the title in several volumes does not have copies at both levels : title AND volumes.	Title with copies defined at the title AND at the volume title level.	Search the title record and delete the copies defined at the title OR at the volume title level.
Check that the value in the Series field corresponds to the linked series record.	Titles: errors in the field Series.	Regenerate the titles.
Check that the series used in the title record exists in the Series file.	Titles: undefined series in the Series file.	Search the title record and enter another series.
Check that the authors registered in the Authors and Secondary entries fields exist in the Authors file.	Titles: undefined author in the authors file.	Regenerate the titles.
Check that the field Author index contains a coherent value (either the first author or the same contents as the Sort title field is no author).	Titles: field «Author index» with wrong value.	Regenerate the titles.
Check that the file used as a link between titles and other files does not contain du- plicate values.	Titles: multiple entries in file [Titles-Authors].* (the label in brackets can change depending on the context).	Regenerate the titles.
Check that all volumes contain a title.	Titles: contains volumes without title.	Search for mentioned titles and correct them manually.
Check of the link between titles and copies.	Titles : copies previously linked to volumes now linked to titles.	Regenerate the titles.
Check of the link between titles and addresses.	Titles: contains unavailable Adress records.	Regenerate the titles.
Check of the link between titles and languages	Titles: contains unavailable Language records.	Regenerate the titles.
Check of the link between titles and series	Titles: contains unavailable Series records.	Regenerate the titles.
Check of the link between titles and secondary entries	Titles: contains unavailable Secondary entries records.	Regenerate the titles.
