Display the desired file. In the favorites bar, the name of the file is displayed with a Star symbol. Clicking on the Star symbol "fixes" the file in the bar.

Printing section

Call the File>Print command. In the print dialog, select the desired print format and click on the Star button at the bottom of the dialog.

Exports section

Call the File>Export command. In the export dialog, select the desired export format and click on the Star button at the bottom of the dialog.

Imports section

Call the File>Import command. In the import dialog, select the desired import format and click on the Star button at the bottom of the dialog.

Searches section

Call the Action>Search command. If the desired search formula already exists, click on the Load button, select the desired formula, and then at the bottom of the dialog on the Star button. If the search formula does not exist, define it in the search editor, then click on the Save button. Give a name to this search formula and validate. The formula will be automatically added to the favorites bar.
