Configure OMB Mobile

OMB Mobile configuration is accessed from Maintenance (via the File>Maintenance menu) by calling up the Web>Configure OMB Mobile command.

Data tab

The configuration window contains a checkbox for each file to be published via OMB Mobile. Check the Enable OMB Mobile box to automate the start of publishing.

Use the clipboard button to copy the address of the OMB Mobile server and pass it on to employees wishing to connect to OMB Mobile.

Sessions tab

The Sessions tab contains a scrolling area listing open sessions. When a user logs on to OMB Mobile, the software opens a session, which remains open for 30 days after logout: so the next time the user logs on, he or she doesn't have to log in again.

You can delete a session using the “-” button. If the user is currently logged in, he/she will not be logged out, but will have to log in again the next time he/she logs in.
