How do I print a complaint letter for sending it to the supplier ?
Orders are saved in the Titles file.
When in the Titles file, select the orders you want to mention in the complaint letter, then choose the Print command in the File menu. In the following dialog, choose the Complaint letter format.
NB : you can also send a complaint letter by e-mail. In the Options of the Complaint letter print format, tick the Per E-Mail box, after you have configured an e-mail account in the Maintenance. Suppliers with a registered e-mail will receive the complaint letter per e-mail.
