How do I print a letter for cancelling an order ?

Orders are saved in the Titles file.

When in the Titles file, select the orders you want to cancel, then choose the Print command and the Order cancellation format. You can then delete these orders.

NB : you can also send a cancellation by e-mail. In the Options of the Order cancellation print format, tick the Per E-Mail box, after you have configured an e-mail account in the Maintenance. Suppliers with a registered e-mail will receive the order cancellation per e-mail.
