What must I do so that sorting of class marks is right ?

BiblioMaker can manage several kinds of classification : the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) or the Dewey classification : both use numbers. But the program can also deal with other classifications, that could use for instance only letters.

As numbers should not be sorted in the same order as letters, it is necessary to tell the program how you want the class marks to be sorted.

You define this «sorting rule» in the Options of the Class marks file, with the fields Format and Separators.

Please consult the handbook in order to get more information about these settings.
