How do I delete a double class mark ?

It sometimes happen that you enter the same class mark twice, because of a typo.

If you notice that you have twice the same class mark, display the record of the class mark you want to delete (with the Modify command when in the Class marks file main window), then click on Delete.

If this class mark is linked to one or several titles, you get a warning, but you may link these titles to another class mark record. Enter the class mark you want to keep, then validate. The system modifies the linked titles then deletes the double class mark record.
