Tips for searching the knowledge base

Welcome to our knowledge base!

Here are some tips for finding the information you need:

To explore the database, or if you're not sure how to formulate your search, use the categories on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on the + symbol to display the sub-categories.

If you wish to use the search engine, enter one or more keywords in the search field (avoid entering a complete sentence) and wait a few seconds: a pop-up menu will appear, containing various suggested questions. Click on the question that seems relevant to you to obtain the answer.

You can also call up the Advanced Search by clicking on the link to the right of the search field. This search mode lets you combine several criteria and exclude certain keywords.
