The Data Menu

This menu - with its various commands - gives access to the different files making up the database. Simply select the desired command in order to display the data in the corresponding file.

Another way of changing files is to use the Favorites bar , which also contains the names of the most frequently used files.

Please note that the Business program does not offer a Data menu, but rather specific menus such as Contacts, Sales, Stock, Acquisitions and Others. These menus have the same function as the Data menu.

If a user account does not have access rights to a specific file, the corresponding command is not displayed in the Data menu.
