The Data menu commands in BiblioMaker
The Data menu of the BiblioMaker software provides access to the various files (also called ‘tables’) of the database via the following commands:
| Titles | This file constitutes the library’s fund |
| Addresses | This file hosts the readers, suppliers, people and institutions linked to the library. |
| Loans |
This file contains the current loans and title reservations. This command is available only with the circulation module. |
| Authors | This file contains the list of authors entered in titles. |
| Class marks | This file contains the library classification. |
| Subjects | This file contains the keywords dealing with title subjects. |
| Subject categories |
This file contains the subject categories. This command is available only with the Thesaurus module. |
| Series | This file contains the series created by publishers. |
| Issues |
This file contains periodical issues received by the library. This command is available only with BiblioMaker PRO. |
| Hyperlinks | This file contains digital resources such as website addresses (URLs) or archived digital documents such as PDFs, Microsoft Office files, pictures, videos, etc. |
| Copies | This file contains copies linked to titles. Each copy has a unique barcode as ID. |
| Budgets |
This file contains the list of acquisitions budgets for titles. This command is available only with the Acquisitions module. |
| Loans Statistics |
This file contains individual statistics for each loan. This command is available only with BiblioMaker PRO. |
| WebOPAC Statistics |
This file contains individual statistics for each query received by the online catalogue. This command is only available with the Web Public Search module. |
| Payments | This file contains the list of payments collected. |
| Glossary | This file contains texts and abbreviations. The glossaire is used for accelerating and hamonising data entry. |
| Post codes | This file contains post codes of localities for accelerating and harmonising addresses entry.. |
