The Data menu commands in Finance
The Data menu of the Finance software provides access to the various files (also called ‘tables’) of the database via the following commands:

| Templates |
This file contains entry templates used for accelerating and harmonising data entry. This command is only available with Finance Standard and PRO.. |
| Currencies | This file contains the list of currencies used in entries. |
| Exchange Rates | This file contains the list of exchange rates for currencies. |
| VAT Rates |
This file contains the list of current VAT rates. |
| Glossary | This file contains texts linked to abbreviations. The glossary is used to accelerate and harmonise data entry.. |
