Cleanup data

This command eliminates the oldest documents (over ten years old), which can accumulate after many years of operation, in order to lighten the data file.

Please note:

Certain conditions must be met: for example, unpaid invoices cannot be purged.

It is imperative to make a backup of the data file before purging. In addition, we strongly recommend that you contact our Technical Support department before performing such an operation, to obtain instructions on the precautions to be taken.
