Preparing for tax at source

The ST Preparation command appears in the Action menu when the current file is the Employee file.

This operation updates the tax at source salary types assembly for each employee whose records are selected or activated.

You will be asked to provide some basic information in the dialog box:

Accounting date : Official accounting date for salaries whose records will be generated.

Period from… until… : Period covered by the salaries whose records will be generated. You can modify the values proposed by the program.

Please note that tax at source preparation is not compulsory and is part of the operations carried out during payroll creation. Preparing ST in advance simply saves time when creating salaries.
