Transmission of AHV/AVS mutations
With Staff, you have the option of transmitting AHV/AVS (Swissdec) mutations: these are managed by default via the checkbox in the Configuration dialog (accessible via the Other button (cogwheel icon)>Configuration), on the Data tab.
AHV/AVS mutations (employee entry and exit dates) are transmitted to the AHV/AVS fund using the Swissdec Transmitter (menu Action>Swissdec Transmitter from the Employees file), in the Mutations tab using the Transmit button. Transmission should be made after each mutation, at least every month.
In the Employee master record, it is not possible to enter the exit date if the Entry date has not been transmitted. If an employee has entry or exit dates that do not correspond to the actual situation (e.g. an employee with status Entry to be transmitted but whose entry declaration has already been communicated to the institution concerned without going through the Swissdec transmitter), you can correct this inconsistency as follows:
In the main window, select the employee's record and call up the Action>Apply>Target: Memberships command. Select Modify mode and add an affiliation in the AHV/AVS domain. Check Mutations box and select the Restore value in the Reason for mutation column. Finally, confirm the dialog with the Apply button.
