Access to integrated word processor
Thanks to the integrated word processor, Office Maker and BiblioMaker let you write memos, automatically generate circulars or draft form letters incorporating data from different files. This means you can easily create direct mailings without having to export data for use in other software.
The word processor can be accessed in several ways, depending on the context:
- In Business, Staff and BiblioMaker: from the print dialog, via the Create button and the Text option.
If you wish to insert data extracted from the database into the text, be sure to call the Print command from the corresponding file (e.g. in Staff, the Employees file if your text is to contain employee information). - In Business: in Template letters and Event records, via the E-Mail/Letter tab.
