How to find past interactions with a customer or a supplier ?

The Event records linked to an address can be viewed as follows:

• When editing an address record, via the Events tab: each event linked to the address is displayed. To obtain more information, activate a record and click on the "Pencil" button.
• In the main window of the Addresses, activate the desired address and choose the Linked records>Events action (or its equivalent in the favorites bar). The program displays the Event records associated with the selected address. You can also print a list of the events displayed by using the File>Print command.
