Word processor sidebar: the "View" option

The word processor sidebar gives you numerous options for formatting your text.

It is dominated by a pop-up menu containing various options. Selecting an option changes the contents of the sidebar.

	Header	Displays or hides the document header.
	Footer	Displays or hides the document footer.
	H Ruler	Displays or hides the horizontal ruler above the word processing area.
	V Ruler	Displays or hides the vertical ruler to the left of the word processing area.
	Invisible characters	Displays or hides non-printable characters, such as tabs (represented by an arrow) or line break marks (represented by the symbol π).
	Empty picture	Displays or hides a symbol replacing a missing image.
	Guides	Shows or hides fine lines that symbolize the margin limit of the document.
