How do I schedule interactions with a customer or supplier ?

The Events file (accessible via the Contacts menu) contains a record of interactions with your customers and suppliers. These interactions can be located in the past as well as in the future. For example, if you make an appointment, you can enter the date and time in the Events file.

Every day at the beginning of the day, you can search for the Events of the day and thus create your daily schedule.

The search is done either with the Action>Find command or with the Calendar and Employee buttons at the bottom of the main Events window.

The Events can also be displayed in the form of a calendar via the Contacts>Calendar command.
