How do I enter my bank details ?
If you intend to issue invoices containing an inpayment slip (ISR), it is essential to enter your bank details in the Transfer Centers file, which can be accessed via the Others menu.
To create a new transfer center, call the Action>New command or click on the New button.
Fill in the various fields. Use the Bank selection button to choose your bank, which will fill in the fields for it. Follow the information provided by your bank for the IBAN number and the ISR member number.
Click on the Pencil button on the Payment slip tab if you wish to make changes to the content of the inpayment slip that will be printed with your invoices. To generate invoices with QR codes, you will also need to enter the QR-IBAN that your bank has assigned to you.
Finally, validate the record.
If you have several bank accounts and wish to use more than one for billing, create a transfer center for each account. When you create a debor invoice, you'll be able to choose the transfer center you require on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to systematically use a specific transfer center for one customer and another transfer center for other customers, you can associate a transfer center with the customer's master record (in the Addresses file) in the Debtor tab. The same principle applies to your suppliers (Creditor tab).
Using the Action>Apply command, you can assign a transfer center to several address records simultaneously.
