How to speed up the entry of locations and postal codes ?

Office Maker Staff has a mechanism that makes it easy to enter addresses. The postal code file included contains various information on the localities, so that once this file is filled in, you only have to indicate the postal code when entering an address (employee, bank, institution) and the software will complete it with the locality, possibly the canton and the country.

The postal code file is available via the Data menu. By default, it contains all the Swiss postal codes and you can update it via an import in NPA-PLZ-CH format after having retrieved this file from the Swiss Post website.
