How do I use a postal code ?

When creating or modifying an address (employee, bank, institution...), enter a value in the Postal code field and the program will automatically fill in the City, Township and Country fields with the values found in the corresponding Postal codes file.

If the postal code entered is unknown in the Postal Codes file, the program asks you to create the record, which can then be reused when entering addresses.
