How do I reset the budgets to zero ?

The acquisitions module includes a simple budgetary management that lets you verify at any time how much money is left for new orders.

Every budget is defined with an allocated amount, an amount spent and of an available amount (the two last amounts are automatically updated every time you order a new title).

When you begin a new budgetary period, you have to reset these amounts to zero : go to the Maintenance, choose the command Regenerate in the Other menu, then tick the Budgets checkbox.
