Generation of events when sending a document per e-mail
When sending a document by e-mail (quotation, delivery note, debtor invoice, etc.), an Event record will be generated if the following conditions are met:
- When sending, the Edit message before sending box has been ticked.
- The cover letter has been modified and the Save as Event box has been checked.
The Event record created (cannot be modified) will be of the Document type and will contain the document number in the E-mail/Letter tab. Clicking on the Document nr. label displays the document. The date on which the document was sent is also displayed.
