Send e-mails with Gmail, application password
Office Maker and BiblioMaker are able to communicate with a Gmail mailbox via the SMTP protocol in order to send e-mails.
Since June 1, 2022, the conditions for accessing a Gmail mailbox have been tightened. Thus, for the connection to the Gmail webmail, the double authentication mechanism is strongly recommended (after entering the password, Gmail sends you a one-time code).
When accessing Gmail via an email application or Office Maker/BiblioMaker, dual authentication means using an application password that is different from your usual password.

Once the application password is defined at Gmail, you must copy it in the Office Maker/BiblioMaker email settings (File>Maintenance menu, then Operations/Other>Configure email accounts).
