How do I print address lists or labels ?
The records of the contacts, customers (debtors) and suppliers (creditors) are stored in the Addresses file.
If you want to print a list of addresses or a series of labels, select the relevant addresses and choose the File>Print command. A print dialog will appear, containing a large number of print formats. The formats in bold type are standard formats, the others are custom formats.
If you want to preview the result that will be sent to the printer, check the Preview box. To view and possibly modify the format properties, click on the Options button.
Select the desired format then validate your choice with the Print button.
If no existing format suits you, you can create your own format with an editor available in the Standard and PRO versions. To do this, click on the Create button and select the editor to be used: Report (the print format will be in the form of a table of columns), Labels or Text (access to the word processor).
