Search for duplicate Addresses or Items-Services

When the program displays the main window for Addresses and Items-Services files, the Action menu contains an additional command: Search for double records.

When you call this command, a dialog box appears, listing the different fields available. Select the field(s) you wish to use to detect duplicates. If you select several fields, they are separated from the others by a semicolon in the Selected criteria area.

A selection of several fields will refine your search. In fact, two records will be considered as duplicates if all the selected fields are identical.

Use the Mode pop-up menu in Normal mode (duplicate records form a new selection) or Within selection (your search for duplicates is limited to previously activated or selected records).
