Search unused records in the Addresses, Items-Services, Acounts, Tariffs and Rebates-Additions

When the program displays the main window of the Addresses, Items-Services, Accounts, Tariffs and Rebates-Additions files, the Action menu offers an additional command called Search unused records.

When this command is called, the program searches for and displays records that have no link with records in another file. Examples:

• Addresses or Items-Service linked to no offer, delivery note, invoice (debtor or creditor)...
• Account mentioned in no sale or purchase statistics…
• Tariffs or Rebates-Additions linked to no address or item-service…

In principle, deleting these records should pose no problem. It should be noted, however, that recently created records may be mentioned which have not yet been associated with records in another file (e.g. the address of a new customer to whom you have not yet sold anything). So don't blindly delete all unused records.
