How do I change the address format on labels or on reminder letters ?

The address format for readers, suppliers and other types can be changed by the user. For instance, a library school could format the reader’s address with only the first name, the name and the class. A public library could need the titles (Mister, Miss...), the first name, the name, the street, the postal code and the town.

 

You define the address format in the Options of the Addresses file. When in the Options, select the address type for which you want to change the format, then click on the Modify button. In the next dialog, you have on the left hand the address format and on the right hand the fields you can insert into the address format. Insert first the cursor in the left field, then click on the field, you want to insert.

 

The address format you define here is used in the reminder letters, the reservation announcements and on address labels.
