How do I display the full contents of a field ?

Most of the fields in the cataloguing templates display only one line of text, even if some fields may contain up to thousands of characters.

If you have entered a long text in one of these fields and you would like to display the whole contents, click in the field for which you’d like to display the whole contents, then use the Long text command in the Entry menu : a new resizable window is displayed, containing the text of the selected field.
