How do I cancel a fine or exceptionally reduce its amount ?

When you register the fine payment, you may reduce its amount with the Discount the remainder check box. This box is activated if the two following conditions are met : the cashed amount is smaller than the due amount and discounts are authorised (the latter parameter is defined in the Options of the Payments file).
