The Events types

Every Event record contains a value in the Type field. Here is a description of the different possible values:

 

  • Simple event: default value
  • Individual letter: the event reflects a single postal letter sent to the linked address.
  • Individual e-mail: the event reflects a single e-mail sent to the linked address.
  • Mailing with letter: the event is the individual reflection of a postal letter sent to several addresses. Automatic value not selectable.
  • Mailing with e-mail: the event is the individual reflection of an e-mail sent to several addresses. Automatic value not selectable.
  • Mailing ISR: the event is the individual reflection of a postal letter with an inpayment slip sent to several addresses. Automatic value not selectable.

 

From version 7.3 onwards, the event type can generally be changed by the user, unless one of the following conditions is met:

  • The event was generated by a mailing
  • The event has been invoiced
  • The event has been exported to OM Staff
