Phones and links area in the Address records

2036  Addresses

The Phones and links scroll box on the first page of the address entry grid lets you enter telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and URLs.

Each line in the scroll area corresponds to one of these pieces of information. You can define as many as you like.

The buttons above the scroll area allow you to (in order) :

  • Add a line
  • Edit the selected line
  • Delete the selected line
  • Activate a link

Depending on the Type of Information of the selected line, the Activate link button will have the following effect :

  • open your default e-mail application (for an e-mail address)
  • open your default web browser (for an URL)
  • open your default IP telephony application (for a phone number)
