Renumber entries

When an Entry is created (manually or by import), the program automatically assigns a unique number to each Entry record (you can set the Next entry number in Entries file options).

The program offers the option of renumbering all entries starting from number 1, provided none of them have already been locked. To do this, call up the Renumber command in the Action menu (this command is only displayed in the Action menu when the current file is the Entries file).
