Placing fields in the Reports Editor

In the lower left-hand section, you'll find a list of available fields, depending on the base file. To place a field, simply double-click on its name.

Thanks to the links between files, it is often possible to insert data from a linked file into the file chosen as the base file. To change file, select it from the pop-up menu at the top of the list of topics. In this pop-up menu, the base file always appears in first position.

In a List report, each item you place will be printed as a column.

In a Pivot table report, category columns and rows are repeated as many times as necessary, depending on the data selected.
