Using print formats created with the Reports Editor

Once the report has been created, click on the Validate button to save it. You must specify a name for this report. This name will then appear in the print dialog in the same way as standard print formats.

You can associate a search formula with the documents you create via the Options button and the Gearwheel menu. This search will then be automatically executed when you request the document to be printed (or previewed on screen).
