Calculation functions in the Reports Editor

The Reports Editor features arithmetic operators such as Sum, Average, Min, Max, Count and Standard Deviation. These operators can be entered via the context menu, called up from the cells in the Grand Total or Subtotal rows.

In List reports, the operators are placed in the Grand Total row, where they return the result of the calculation for all Format rows. They can also be placed in the subtotals rows; values will then be calculated for each set of Format rows, according to the sort criterion chosen. In Pivot table reports, operators are placed in the center row.
