Exchange of print or export formats created with the Reports Editor

Print or export formats created with the Reports Editor can be exchanged between different Office Maker or BiblioMaker data files.

Add

In the print or export dialog, the Add button is used to add to the dialog a file of your choice from disk. This allows you to add a print document or export format from another data file, or one that has been set up for you by Micro Consulting or another software user.

On disk, the files in question have the .OMP extension.

Save

In the Print dialog or Export dialog, the Save button is used to save to disk a file corresponding to the selected document or export format. This allows you to add it to another data file.

On disk, the files in question have the .OMP extension.
