Coherence check on Authors file in BiblioMaker - Knowledge Base Office Maker / BiblioMaker

Here are the checks performed by the software when the Addresses checkbox is ticked in the Coherence check (accessible in Maintenance via the Other>Coherence check command):

Check for the unique occurrence of the serial number	Authors : double serial number.	Regenerate the authors file. Caution ! Titles containing a link to one of these authors with double serial number could contain the wrong author after regenerating. Please note first the linked titles references before regenerating, then check/modify the titles after regenerating.
Check for the unique occurrence of the author name	Authors : double name.	Regenerate the authors file. Titles linked to these authors are automatically modified.
Check that pseudonyms refer to existing authors.	Authors : referrals linked to missing authors.	Regenerate the authors file. Pseudonyms linked to unknown authors are deleted.
